Q: When can I access my mobile home and under what conditions?
A: The campsite is open from 15/03 to 15/10. The mobile home cannot be occupied outside these dates. The day before your arrival, you are required to inform us of your arrival by specifying the duration of your stay, the names, first names and dates of birth of the people who will stay with you (legal obligation of the campsite to keep an updated register of occupants). The mobile home can be occupied by its owner as well as his or her beneficiaries: parents, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters (maximum 6 people at the same time, baby included)
Q: What are the costs related to the occupation of my mobile home by myself or my beneficiaries?
A: The owner and his beneficiaries are included in the package and are only liable for the tourist tax, i.e. 0.35 € per night and per person over 18 years old.
Q: Can I rent my mobile home or share it with friends?
A: Family (other than rightful claimants), friends or tenants can be accommodated in the mobile home and have access to the facilities on the site, up to a maximum of 6 people, including babies. At the end of the season, the owner must pay for his persons the “Non-Flat-rate Person” fee, which is:

Q: What are the payment conditions for the annual fee?
R: The payment of the annual rental can be done at your choice:
1/ In 2 instalments by 2 cheques for 50% of the main rental amount, on 10/01 and 10/04
2/ Or in 10 instalments per 10 deductions of 10% of the main rental amount, on the 10th of each month, from 10/01 to 10/10 (additional annual fee of 30€)
Q : Is my mobile home subject to a renewal obligation over time?
R: The lifespan of a mobile home on the campsite is not limited for models with a double sloped roof with vinyl cladding (plastic, PVC). In fact, not all models from 2000 onwards have a limited lifetime and therefore no renewal obligation.
Q: What are my legal obligations as a mobile home owner on the campsite?
R: The owner must insure his mobile home and provide an insurance certificate each year and must have the mobile home’s water heater inspected each year before May 31 by a company authorized to verify its proper operation and provide a copy of the invoice for this inspection
